Between Steibis and Buchenegg, the Weissach falls down the cliff twice, one after the other, creating an idyll that seems out of this world.
Pools itch
Thrill-seeking visitors keep throwing themselves down 25 metres from the cliff - even the Neanderthals had such fun at the Allgäu waterfalls. But the thrill should be left to experienced jumpers. The revenants of numerous dead people from recent years and centuries can still be heard from time to time...
Access
From Steibis, it takes 50 minutes to walk to the waterfalls on a moderate to steep path. You can park, for example, at the car park at the Imbergbahn. Good footwear is recommended in bad weather - surefootedness is a must.
